A part needed to be ordered and the service technician came back within days and repaired the washing machine. He did the work very quickly and left the area as clean as he found it. I was also very reassured by all of the measures he took to observe social distancing and precautions to ensure no possible exposure to COVID-19 (i.e. masks, gloves, etc.). Great professional staff!
